The court must first listen to the parents of the deceased and then relate it with the evidences found till now.. and then everybody’s lie will be out in open as the parents have nothing to lie about as their only support is lost. Clear case of system failure and negligence of highest hospital authority is in question!! Where were they and what racket are they hiding?

My comcern to honorable SC is if RG Kar Hospital which is also a medical college, is the situation of the deceased body didn't identify by the Well educated doctors or professor. Why honorable SC didn't consider its the matter of negligence of RG Kar Hospital who didn't lodhed an FIR very early morning Why all they awaites PM, Autopsy etc etc....

Request to judges to change this stupid rule of suspending anyone who has not only not followed the law but also ignored and sometimes abetted in delaying rightful process. When lawmakers don't do their job in crime cases, they r equally responsible in abetting crime. Why r u letting them easy? So that they do it again and again and everytime u tell them relax, we suspend u...??? Is this enough. SC, pl note. This is actually increasing police inefficiency in case u can't see it. Check all police stations for records. When was the last time this was done? Who checks their profile and their whereabouts? Who checks criminal records of police officers? As a rule, noone with any criminal record or cases of wrong doing shud be in govt post. If they r, then none are safe. Also make sure small hutments, gali galochas etc checked for goonism.
