According to guidelines applicant must have 60% marks in 12th or 11th to apply for STC, I am currently in 12th. my 10th marks is 81% and in 11th is 58%, should I still apply for it or should not apply for mext. Can someone give me advice.

you don't have to submit your all 12 year transcripts, you only have to submit 9-12

I am in 12 th class in cbse board.
I have passed my 10th board through NIOS( OPEN SCHOOL) so I only have 10th marksheet because NIOS takes directly 10th board exam with combined syllabus of 9th and 10th.
Japan MEXT scholarship exam requires 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th marksheet but I will only have 10th ,11th ,12th marksheet.
So my question is can I still apply for Mext scholarship in case I don't have 9th marksheet.
