Getting multiple part numbers for a Fuel Filler Cap (Gas cap) for my 2008 E90 335XI sedan model. Last 7 of my VIN are A285844.
I don't know which Gas Cap is the correct one to buy and I need it to get rid of a code for inspection this month with an EVAP code as my cap is leaking fumes. Thanks.
Phil
I appreciate your feedback Sorry for the late reply, did you get this handled?
@@RANDOMFIX I replaced the cap. I am still getting a "Service Engine Soon" light.
What's weird is depending on what brand scanner you use, they all say the cause is something different. One says EVAP Pump, another says the engine ignition, the 3rd scanner i don;t even remember what that one said.....I kind of gave up on it.
