Specific Heat Capacity of Sand

This quick lab station goes over the first two laws of thermodynamics:
1.) Energy cannot be created or destroyed (it simply transfers forms) aka...conservation of energy
2.) The Law of Dissipated Energy (or entropy). Whenever there is an energy transformation, dissipated energy will be a product resulting in no energy transformation being 100% efficient.
