Also if I downloaded the mods and ended up not liking them is there a way to turn them off but still have them or get rid of them completely?

cant have mods for consoles, just pc, otherwise if you somehow jail break or jtag the ps4, you'll only be able to play offline, if you go online they will see the changes and can instantly and permanently ban you.

if you are on pc, you use frostymodmanager, then you just select the mods you like and then you launch the game, can always close the game and then uncheck which ever mods you dont wanna use.
