I just got a bit of a smack in the face- i knew my job wasn’t in alignment, chef, but kept falling back on it, while the universe has definitely been pushing me to let go ..and has been for a while. I tried so hard to make this new role work as the head chef, thinking this was a big break or something- put in everything I had- and I got fired 😆😅 “let go of “ I just couldn’t bring it! Felt completely creatively blocked, and nothing was going smoothly. And in my body not good! Sleeping problems, stress and feelings of anxiety creeping in- and beginning to not look after myself.
Anyway 3 days after the fact and doing a lot of releasing I feel so much better. I feel more like me again. Connecting to spirit more. Think it’s the end of a long cycle
I have faith and trust it is working out- because I usually don’t and end up repeating the same lesson because of the fear of not having enough money. Enough of that.

I’ve been in a similar place as you for… well longer than I care to remember. Thank you for sharing, it’s a reminder to let go and move with the flow. Most of all to trust that the flow of the river has our best interests in mind, and it’s always a little murky at first.

I was recently diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension in May. This was a huge smack in the face for me. However, I feel more alive and more grateful for this life than ever. I feel at peace knowing that I can still live life to the fullest even with my condition. ❤

The tree comparison is good. Because, yes it is in the seed how the tree is gonna look like. But the direction it grows and things like that are not yet in the seed. If there is another tree blocking the sun for the first tree, it will grow into another direction to get to the sun.

Listening to this reminded me of the first time I heard Kevin Heart talk about a message from his mother when he would talk to her about his struggles. Kevin then went to tell that she responded with “have you read your bible?” And when he finally listened to her and listened to himself he read the Bible and in between the pages was bills. But doesn’t that seed get impacted by its surroundings or environment. If that seed is planted in Florida, will it grow the same tree as if it was planted in Montana?
The analogy, like all analogies, have their limits. The simple answer here is, "you're not really a tree, you're a living sentient being". (that's the game changer)
