I have one of these it's great and skd is actually the brand and cs 007 is the model these have the highest rps of any pistol/top loader
Yes. They all get “rebranded” but they are the same.

I just got this gun and it works not like jm x5 orange and black attrocity I order a glow in the dark hopper and the can use glow in the dark gellets that will give you the tracer effect for 1/3 the price.
I like my x5 but some have had issues. The glow in the dark hopper and glow gels is an inexpensive option that works good but the effect is not equal to using a tracer in my opinion
How do you feel this stacks up against the other 1911 style on Amazon. I saw you last comment so I've been checking out all your videos.
It’s Good. If it is 145-150fps u can’t get much stronger in a top loader
Hi there just curious if youve ever opened one of these up? I got it almost open but there was something keeping the two halves together at the base of the grip, I made sure all screws were out. Any help would be great, thanks!
Yes. I have opened many up. I don’t know what would be holding it unless you just missed a screw. There is usually a weight at the base of the grip
Does it have any sting when shot with it? I bought an skd cs 001 and it has more of a sting when hit rather than most others. I think it’s more fun that way.
Yes. Essentially the same as your SKD Cz 001.

There are plenty of cosmetic mods I did to these types of blasters from like 2 years ago, but these are not made to be upgraded and no parts are available so it’s not really worth it to me. All the blasters I give away in my monthly contests are far better than these. I don’t do anything with top loaders anymore.
will a ziplock bag work fine as an airtight container?

No. This is a decent blaster, but they are under $20 now. No market for parts for blasters that cheap. Email me or message me on IG, I have hundreds of top loader brackets but there are several different styles

Unless you are getting the Jmx2 that actually has a motorized magazine, this is a far better choice. 99% of the Jmx2 on Amazon have mechanical magazines and also horrible performance when you are lucky enough to get them to work
How easy would it be to mount a tracer unit? Love your videos!
Not that easy unless you have access to a 3D printer to customize a threaded tip

@@GelBallBlasterMasterI would just like to be able to mount a tracer unit, I dont have one yet Im actually looking for something smaller given its a pistol and hopefully not too expensive
@@caitc3837 there are no “easy” ways to add a tracer. I have put together different 3D printed parts and made it work but I have never seen a specific stl for this blaster. You would need to modify a 14mm ccw tip but it still needs good stability to hold the tracer. Even the least expensive travers will still cost more than this blaster (but this is probably the best top loader available so it is good)
there are like 5 versions of these skd blasters 1911 models but the others claims to be stronger with higher fps and they are charging like 70$ for it , any idea if this is true?
Highly unlikely, they should all be about 150FPS
so I bought this blaster and upgraded the battery to an 11.1 2000mAh battery. It shoots way faster now but im wondering if it will mess up the gears in it? Do any of you guys have ideas on the subject?
Yes, you will break it pretty quickly. If you have made it thru a hopper of gel balls, that is quite good. No top loaders out are going to be able to handle 11.1v for very long. And once you break it, you can't get parts for it as this level of blaster doesn't really have aftermarket parts
That sucks. Because I found the ones from tactoys and tacnation out of Australia are way faster than this is stock. So that's what I was trying to do with this one.
@@brandonmann5043 you might get lucky if you aren’t too hard on it and you should be ok for a while but I have some videos that show how fast I break AKM47s and desert eagles with 11.1v. They don’t make it thru one hopper and the AKM47 gearbox is pretty good for a top loader
Thank you for all the info my friend. I am an electronics technician by trade so I believe I could change out the gearbox to a metal version if they were available but ad you said finding upgraded gear boxes for this particular model will be at thw very least difficult. I do have another question though. How about the motor? Do you think that the battery would burn out the stock motor?
@@brandonmann5043 that is also possible. Either motor burnout or shredded gears. In my experience the gears go first but I am sure it depends. I use 11.1v in many better blasters that still say you should not use them. I have only had 1 out of 10 of those die but I use them sparingly. Those are also all 200fps or better blasters so they should handle it better but if I used 11.1 long term I would probably break them too.
I certainly hope I'm not annoying you at this point. 😆 but I'm just trying to pick your brain. I have found a SKD M1911 STD-X2 Gel Blaster Surge Gearbox to buy as an upgrade. How do you feel about that for a replacement to handle the bigger battery. I am new to this so it may not work. I just like to tinker on this kind of stuff. And all my friends have blasters nit they not into upgrading them. So, if I was able to get a workable upgrade. I'm sure they would like it, then I could upgrade theirs as well. Again it may not work so I just figured I would at least get your opinion.
Where did you find that? What is upgraded about the gearbox? Unless the website states it can handle an 11.1v battery, I doubt it will. I really don’t know of any top loaders that can handle 11.1v. If you start buying new gearboxes, motors, etc then you will end up spending more than if you just start with a better blaster. Unless you really want to get into figuring out how to max out top loaders, I am afraid you will spend a lot and still end up breaking them or having problems if you try to cobble together parts from other blasters. If you have the time and knowledge to use CAD and design stl files you could probably print gears in PETG filament that can handle the 11.1v
My grandson has one but it won’t work I charged the battery but the trigger won’t work it does not come in it’s like it’s stuck .Do you know why please .
It is probably stuck. You would need to open it up and see why the trigger is not moving
Why does mine jam a lot the gel balls are the right size but it still jams
Top loaders/gravity feed rarely have much trouble if the gel balls are soaked properly. Do you have a different brand of gel balls to try? Are you sure you are soaking them long enough? You can also try bottled or distilled water as that can make a difference if your tap/well water can have chemicals/minerals that mess with the gel beads

Yes. One of the best top loaders. 150 fps for around $30. Good deal

When I’m charging the battery it blinks green and red but when it’s finished charging the green light is on all the time and it says that the red light should be on can you please tell me what is wrong cheers .
If takes about 2 hours. It should be fine. Disregard the lights

Both about the same, I would say most of the top loaders are about the same volume.

but I also watched another video of yours when you had a blue glock 1911 and a red akm when she told you that aka something plug was or is there a difference between the blue glock and the black kwa power

Really? The srb400 is 200+ fps. This blaster is a very good top loader and it hits 150fps for around $30-40 so it is a good deal.

can it single shot or is it just full auto?
Just full auto. You can always pull and release the trigger but I know that is not the same. I am not aware of any top loading pistols that actually offer a true single shot feature. Some more expensive magazine loading pistols have that feature

If your charger doesn’t have an indicator light , two hours should be all u need

If a gravity feed is not shooting but making the normal sounds, then you did not soak the gel beads properly
