as you mentioned units are 928 in 5.9 acres, so density comes 157 flat per acre. how you calculated it 113 flat per acre
We have done a calculation mistake. We sincerely apologise for the same.
There are 928 units but as explained in video, 4 BHKs are made by combining two 2BHKs including duplex. So, actually there are around 650 flats only in around 6 acres.
what is the future of supertech ecovillage 2? if i plan to buy one ready to move?

Hi Ravikant, the only drawback of the unit is that only the master bedroom has direct access to a washroom; the other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. Everything else seems fine.
