    I love this, unfortunately I realized I'm a long way from the focus I would like. My mind kept wandering off every few seconds 😔. Hopefully practicing this will help. Thanks 🙏

    I absolutely love these meditations!! Full focus and true mindfulness!
    Although I would like to see more meditations aimed towards productivity, mindfulness and positive, present thoughts.
    I’ve seen that most of the videos are aimed towards helping with negative emotions but maybe some of us (are fortunate enough) that don’t have tose feelings constantly.

      I realized how my mind is the biggest distractor for me, I always think about tactics to improve myself to a point where I am always in the future and not present. So I'm staring a new habit: everytime my mind comes up with a self improvement tip or trick, I will right it down on a sticky note, later I will schedule a dedicated time for implementing them.

    Do you have any meditations that do not involve breathing? I have a stuffy nose and i would like something that does not require me to focus on it

      You can do scan meditations or the meditations that only
      based on imagination....you can try Michael sealey's your garden of positive affirmation.
