Although I would like to see more meditations aimed towards productivity, mindfulness and positive, present thoughts.
I’ve seen that most of the videos are aimed towards helping with negative emotions but maybe some of us (are fortunate enough) that don’t have tose feelings constantly.

I will leave a comment here each time I meditate to show my gratitude. I will share what I discover so everyone can benefit from.
I realized how my mind is the biggest distractor for me, I always think about tactics to improve myself to a point where I am always in the future and not present. So I'm staring a new habit: everytime my mind comes up with a self improvement tip or trick, I will right it down on a sticky note, later I will schedule a dedicated time for implementing them.
