    Sir Good day. Baka po ma consider nyo tong suggestion ko for your next videos. Based sa experience or sa established productivity rates sa construction industry po, ilan po ba standard/realistic workforce per activity. Example po: CHB laying = 3 men (1 mason; 2 helpers) , concreting= 7 men (2 masons; 5 helpers). Sample lang po yan. Tapos explain po bakit 7 men sa concreting? (Answer: 1 mixer operator; 2 taga lagay ng sand, cement, gravel; 2 tig pala at haul; 2 mason) parang ganyan po. I think po useful ito sa mga contractors and owners po. Siyempre po iba iba kasi iba iba po ang capabilities ng tao pero atleast po meron realistic guide. BTW, I’m a CE po. Maraming salamat.

      ELglobo Academy thank you sir. Maganda ito dahil mabibigyan ng rationale behind kung bakit iyan ang bilang dapat ng crew per activity. Kumbaga right proportioning/allocation ng tao per activity. Kasi I think productivity rates alone is not enough. Kailangan pa rin ng tamang manpower loading per activity para efficient yung takbo ng trabaho. (Example case po: Pwede naman mag allocate ng kunting manpower Pero ang resulta matagal. Pwede ring damihan Pero resulta wala nang ginagawa ang iba) para ganun po. Although ang mga project in charge din naman ay may malaking papel sa pagmanage. Thanks po at excited ako sa topic na ito. 😊

      Hi Mr. Baris. I think you're asking construction and operation management puurely. QS Professionals are into commercial management. Manpower loading and deployment of Resources are made by construction or operation key staffs.
