(Answer: 1 mixer operator; 2 taga lagay ng sand, cement, gravel; 2 tig pala at haul; 2 mason) parang ganyan po. I think po useful ito sa mga contractors and owners po. Kasi I think productivity rates alone is not enough. Kailangan pa rin ng tamang manpower loading per activity para efficient yung takbo ng trabaho. (Example case po: Pwede naman mag allocate ng kunting manpower Pero ang resulta matagal. Pwede ring damihan Pero resulta wala nang ginagawa ang iba) para ganun po. Although ang mga project in charge din naman ay may malaking papel sa pagmanage. Thanks po at excited ako sa topic na ito. 😊
