    Spot on, proper wrist roller techniques like this can be great for arm rehab... it pumps blood to the arms, which delivers nutrients/oxygen to the muscles and tendons and all that good stuff... Great vid!

    Ive always loved wrist rollers. I have a few made of different pvc sizes and I got one made of out a thick tree branch. I really like switching them up so I don’t get too use to any one of them

    Nice exercise! I agree. I feel like someone kicking their shoulders out instead of tucking them just to see how heavy they can go can really mess up the rotator cuff

    Hey what happened to that wrist curl handle thing you made and talked about in an older video? not the flat wooden block, but the one for your wrist. I was wondering if you would start making them cuz i'd like to get on that for sure

    cheap effective and versatile. The negatives and getting blood flow is real for recovery. Long ago did the same as your friend training beach muscles but with the hand and had to do the negative's/band work to get full function back.

    Nice , I don’t have a bar at my house and I don’t go to the gym so on the job site I’ll grab a 10ft length of 3inch pipe or a roll of led and do wrist curls on a flat surface

Get that shoulder action out of the dealy-o... on the bar is the best way for sure Rob! Go Habs! lol AHOOO AHOOO AHOOOOO

    I tried this excercise plus some wrist curls, and my wrist keeps popping. How can I fix this? I can't find anything online that says what causes it, how to fix it, ect.

    • @RobVigeantRVJ
      @RobVigeantRVJ  5 місяців тому +6

      I wish I could help. I got a lot of weird, pops and clicks and things as well maybe limit the range of motion and do what feels comfortable and then as your body adapts, you can add more to the range of motion. Rule of thumb for all things in exercise is listen to your body if something doesn’t feel good or hurts don’t do it.
