I agree. This is a superb layout! Deep verandas with multiple sliding doors on both sides of the house. Slow moving summer air would have the chance to cool a bit before it passes through the interior.
Perfect for warm climates!

I live in the Chicago suburbs, and believe me, an outdoor laundry would not work in Chicago in the middle of January! I would close up one verandah and open up more indoor living space. Have the laundry indoors and maybe make the two extra bedrooms a bit bigger - they look awfully squashed together.

I would prefer not to have the bathroom /toilet adjacent to the kitchen and perhaps close in the end of the laundry verandah for a second toilet. Otherwise perfect.

Once again a bathroom right of the kitchen.. not even up to code in some places and just yuki.. loundry outside? Not praktical in cold or freezing zones. And a grillstation right outside the bedroom ???? Not realy a good idea.. no steps on the backporch either. Think again.
