I give them liquid feeds during growning and after when they are dying down too.. so they can recharge their bulb for flowering next year,

Always leave the leaves on them. They need them to store. If they've not bloomed this year they might next year as didn't have enough energy this year for it

Yes you can but this plant blooms once a year. After that, the leaves are yellowing and they are removed. In the end you will only have an empty vase. You will need to put a little water once a month to keep the root alive until the next year.

I think they need two different kinds of fertilizer. one for grow and one for the flowers. or else the flowers wont be so vibrant.
Mine only had one small flower, it is all tall leaves
