I have this also but if u watch about it many times then u will never get out of it . Believe me be happy, and don't watch anything about this in internet 😶😶 they always scare us but when we are mentally happy and ignoring pain then it will definitely go as a example me,🫶 i just ignored watching about this like:- how it will cured and bla bla.... My pain always increased then i decided "jo hota ha hone do" and now I have no pain 🫶🫶 without doing any type of remidies
