In the end it shows how colour difference happens to added liquid detergent and the conclusion is that the company service centre one is real and the online one is fake! A real comparison should show some differences in two when mixed with hard water rather than with liquid detergent.
There is one year difference between "original" and online purchase. Obviously they would have made a change in packaging. That doesn't make it fake or original 🤷🤷

Online me IFB jadatar duplicate hi milta hain. So ap customer service centre ke Technician se purchase ka sakte ho. Wo log per 100 gm IFB Descaler power r.s.-185/ me sell karte hain
If your machine is new or You have done Descaling within 3-4 months will will not notice any major effect. Actually the Descaling powder/ Liquid melts all the dirts accumulated on the outer surface of the steel drum. As the dirts are melted and mixed with water therefore no visible change is noticed. If you collect the drain water in a bucket and let it rest for 1 hour you will notice sediment ( Dirt particles) collection at the bottom of that bucket .
@@ADHELPLINE if it was fake there should be no reaction. But even the genuine offline was the same. I was expecting to see more fizz and bubbles. Descale is just citric acid with anti caking agents and filler. When mixed with detergent it should fizz much more and produce bubbles.

I have only used the original one bought from the service centre person. And have not use the packates bought fro online ( which are fake)

Tub will get damaged if we use the fake one for sure
