Reshmi Sai no problem in ICSE board they will not see in depth(1 mark for hexagon,1 mark for showing traces,1 mark for incircle or circumcircle,1 mark for angle bisector or perpendicular bisector).
If you are in CBSE I don’t know about that

Consider the height of the rhombus as half of one of its diagonal. Then use Pythagoras theorem, to find the half od second diagonal. Once you get both diagonals, it will be easy for you to construct the rhombus you are looking for if you have good basic understandings with characteristics of rhombus and construction.
