if this is correct... then he has just disprove mathologers claim that a heptagon or other polygons with prime numbers as the side greater than seven cannot be constructed using compass or straight edge.

In my opinion there are two methods which work unless necessary angle is not constructable with ruler and compass
1. We construct isosceles triangle with angle between legs equal to the central angle in the circumscribed circle
2. We construct external angle (supplementary to internal angle)
