Honestly Zayn’s voice is good, it’s nice to listen to. But D.O.’s voice is pure eargasm....he makes everything sound so melodious. For me, he has the best voice and vocal quality. It’s Kyungsoo all the way!

First of all, I don't think that hitting high notes makes you a better singer. I think it depends on tone , stability and technique. I am not the vocal master so I can't say who is better. But all I can say is that I like Kyungsoo's voice, it's very soulful. He is the whole reason I became interested in Kpop.

They sound kinda similar to me in terms of soulfulness in their voices but i prefer Kyungsoo's voice over Zayn's lol EXO for life
They're similar in tone, not "soulfulness". If that's even a thing.
Both can hit similar notes. But Kyungsoo has more stable, better technique, better stamina.

When I was a directioner, I liked Zayn, he's my bias in 1D (lol) but when he left, I feel sad of course, all fans will mourn if they found out that one of the members is leaving. I continued fangirling on 1D even Zayn left, after the History era, they were on hiatus. So I really waited for a long time.
But in October 2016, I discovered EXO, I begin to like their songs, personalities and etc. Kyungsoo became my ultimate ultimate bias. And I discovered that Zayn and D.O have the same birthdate, same year too! I was shocked too that I realized that their voice are quite similar.

For me, they have the same timber..so the only aspect to argue is the delivery and the feels..and for me, its D.O...I feel every word, even though I dont understand the words, which in every song its the feelings that is most important..D.O can deliver a song with so much emotion..and he don't need to hit a high note just to give me chills..his voice and delivery alone is enough to touch the heart of his listeners..

@@parmar__12 vocally yes... zayn has pitch issues and he relies on falsettos too much for high notes, D.O. has superb stability and agility even tho he doesnt just sing, he's almost always dancing as well. if zayn can sing pitch perfect while running 100m dash(not even expecting him to do any crazy choreo, so just running will do) then maybe i will rethink about the matter, but for now, D.O. for the win hands down
