Lilywill is pretty solid. She was one of my first legendaries at the start of the game. You can build her one of two ways: pure crit build or infection build. I believe crit build is her most utilised build and strongest but considering you have Momo as well on your account whom she buffs with her Vlder leader aura you might want to consider building her with infection
Weap trial 1? I used both angel and inanna for that together with beryl, faycal (i didnt have nungal), then abyss mage for the corrosion debuff and to tank. Warhorn, dummy (to get some of the stigma tiles). I used empress tarot to dispel stigma stacks.
I use range increase skill and the last two skills the Ult that does 150% dmg and has good range she can one shot with this build at really good range. Also the bow that puts infection on people or does more infection damage also helps.

My main dps is Lilywill she can one shot one kill. Focus to ignore def, crit and crit dmg.. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Lily is awesome... and she have a faction buff with can be used with cocoa (and all vdlers) .. i use her on my main team! :)

Hmm. I think she's better than Facal but I don't use her much. I'll have to try your build.
Xavier is kinda low tier but if you build it right it might be better i guess trial and error is the logic here lol but Lillywill is very good
As a f2p I take what I can get and Xavier is on more of my teams than Lillywill.
