Tupac had such an amazing impact on the lives of so many kids growing up in the 90's. If you loved hip hop, Tupac was a force to be reckoned with. I was fortunate to have met Afeni when she came to DC to sign the book of poetry by Tupac. Took a picture and still have that book. I live in MD now, where Tupac once lived and also lived in the Bay Area for more than 10 years and been to Oakland many times. Got to meet a few rappers when I was there... Too Short and Spice 1. Still have a couple of original photos of Tupac that someone who knew him from there sold me at my time there. He spoke to the youth in ways that no other rapper since has spoken to. He made a huge impact worldwide and not one other rapper can claim that or has come close. Next up should be Baltimore, LA and NY since he lived in those areas as well. Moving around being targeted by the FBI with his mother being an ex-Panther was no joke.
