    Egg Roll sudah dikenal banyak orang karena populer dalam menu Hokben atau di restoran Chinese Food. Kali ini saya mau berbagi resep egg roll yang sudah saya coba dan hasilnya sangat enak. Seperti apa? tonton videonya ,,jangan di skip.
    Bahan untuk adonan isi Egg Roll :
    - Daging ayam fillet paha 500 gr
    - 2 putih telur (kuningnya disimpan untuk kulit egg roll)
    - 3 sdm tepung maizena
    - 5 - 6 siung bawang putih di cincang kasar
    - 2 sdm mix seasoning (ada di link di bawah cara buatnya)
    - 1 sdt bubuk ngohiong atau five spices powder
    - 2 sdm minyak wijen
    - 2 sdm saus tiram
    - air es kira2 1 gelas untuk memperlancar putaran saat mixer adonan
    Bahan kulit egg roll
    - 4 sdm tepung terigu
    - 1 sdm tepung maizena
    - 2 kuning telur (putihnya dipakai di isi adonan)
    - 1 buah telur
    - 1 sdt garam
    - 2 sdm minyak goreng atau mentega cair
