The stylist seemed like such a nice person. I agree that when the salesperson knows their merchandise it makes shopping in that store so much better!!! If I ask someone that works there where to find something and they say they don’t know or point to the other side of the building and say to ask someone “over there” I become a little agitated…. I’m just saying’…..LOL

The stylist did what she needed to do, okay?! I just love how much she seemed to actually love her job. This seems so fun! I love the stuff she pulled for you! She put some combos together that I would've never thought of (like that brown combo🤌). I also love the format of this whole video girl! The styling portions from your haul were super cute and I love how you modeled them.😍

It’s nice to see that there is at least one Nordstrom that still does this. I worked at Nordstrom about 11 years ago in the west coast and I would say it was the last of this customer service. My training was extensive and detailed on customer service. Went to my local Nordstrom last week it’s sad but it’s like a Macys now :/ I was sad because I remembered having this kind of customer service stylist or not.

Glad you had a really good experience with the Nordstrom stylist because one influencer I watched basically did their own shopping (they could not help themselves). So, there are several of these videos out from influencer I follow and it pretty cool to see the different prospective from each different location and stylist. Stylist have always been available at different stores, even Macy's use to have them not sure what their status is now but you are correct that people will not deal with them because they may feel there a pressure to buy. Because it was bad in the old days because they work by commission. I am still a thrifter and really enjoy the hunt so I would not want anyone else to do that for me but I have to admit I have done it for others for free because they asked for my help and then we schedule to go into a dept store. My favorite is the denim cargos and I like the graphic red top you tried on in store, it was def a statement. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
