The glow for hystria portal is only if you did the quest line for the portals.
Pretty sure they updated it to make it so that it’s that way for all players now.

The only time to be there is if you are grinding for the blue shards, silver isnt really that great for a 260+ zone

@@Jonlaw98What? But Swap Fogan is actually pretty good silver/h. If you've got good clear, 1b+ with no nail drops is more than possible. I've seen Pawel do 1.9b/h with no nails, and there's a 4 month old video on his channel of 1.45b/h before all the PvE buffs and addon changes.
Theres something else I grind, but it gives no XP or any level of progression. It gives about 100 mil per hour, though
Ive been grinding Thornwood everday for a week and a half and have not seen one single Ominous Ring drop yet.
I grinded Thornwood intensely for 3 months , so lemme give you a couple of hints . Firstly . Don't count trash loot as income there . Aim for high Caphras drops . Thornwood is amongst the best for caphras . Secondly ominous is extremely random and rare . I've had a 12 day streak of 0 ominous drops , then had 4 drop in the span of 30 mins .
Farming in thornwood is situational . If you wanna make silver it make or break you . Go elsewhere unless you want Caphras or Leafs .
FYI, I actually was there to farm quturan leafs. It took 3 months to manage 100 with periods of 9 days and 37 Afuarus not dropping any .

Doesnt really matter, season just gives the extra materials that you can sell
season gives u free loot scrolls, stay there as long as possible

I just noticed a quality of life upgrade in the game where if you want to invest energy into a node you can now burn all the energy from your Alts without needing to swap.. o.0 That is very nice welcome!.. Now I wonder If the node Pila Fe and or Taphtar Plain node is the best to invest in, when I am farming the Centaurus on the field between those two nodes?! (campsite on Pila FE)
Taphtar plains is the node you want for Centaurs

I'm a little overwhelmed. I left BDO about 2 years ago and I'm trying to get back into it now but it seems like a lot has changed. I'm about 270/270/300 on a Sage and last I remember, roud sulfur mine was amazing for silver. Am I wasting my time there now?

I don't think sulfur is the worst, but maybe try elvia nagas or elvia fogans and see how they compare
Unless you are there for the treasure item, yes you would be better off in non-marni Kratuga for instance...

ORC CAMP - HEX SANCTUARY
in my 20 + hrs of normal thornwood i have never got a ominous. however i have done 1 hr of dehkia and i got 3 lol. normal thornwood feels horrible if u don't get a omni. at that ap i would just go to hysteria/ kratuga/ or like trees or something. once u get to 270-280+ just sit at jade or lower gyfin. lower is more a dp requirement. u can do it at like 265ap+ & 360 dp+ depending on the classes fg. also i heard gahaz is like 700-800m after the rework and its a very low end spot. so thats good for newish players
Same exact experience at Thornwood. Maybe it got accidentally nerfed or something. Been grinding there almost 2 weeks every day and have not seen a single Ominous ring drop.
the normal omni drop rate is known to be worse rng than getting a disto at stars end. @@COA5T

they changed it, it just drops straight rings now
It’s really sucks that every time you post a best exp video you always leave out protty cave. When I’m getting .400per hr to 66 and the money is hands down amazing, probably about 600-800mil hr
With what ap?
I always recommend protty for the speedy classes and Marie cave for the slower classes when leveling.
My AP is 310+ but should i grind on the 300ap spots because that makes a lot more silver than the 310ap spot?

I think Jon said shouldn't because it is a known thing that the blackstar armor is very very expensive to enhance and it is equal at pen to c10 regular boss armor

Im grinding centaurus but only making 200-300m trash loot per hours how do you manage to make 500-1b ?
If you only got t1 pets it's hard for them to pick all the loot if you go fast
Loot scroll + agris. Tbh if your not on a fast class or have agris to burn centaurs isnt that great. All valencia spots are good for agris, centaurs is just the best one for it.
What these guys don't mention is that the trash loot is everything they collect; stones, scrolls, centaurs belts etc... when you calculate the central market value of all these items, including the normal trash dropped by the centaurs, it comes up to 400 mil or higher.
Hopefully, this is the answer you were looking for.

Man it's such a shame what they did with Kratuga, I really think it needs to be reverted. It was one of the only great mid game spots, comparable to how good centaurs is for low end. Now with Ulukita 2 and the new BiS artifact, not only do you get much less TL/H but now the artifacts aren't even worth that much. PA has buffed early game zones, and late game zones but very rarely mid game zones.
Thing is they made end game spots so easy that you need only like 281ap to go gyfin underground
Marni kratuga deserve to be nerfed. Regular Kratuga is still good, I can still get 88k-93k with agris there. It’s still a 1b spot at 250ap. With coin can easily get 120k trash, sure it’s not 140-150k like pre nerfed Marni but that was stupid
@@IlyaKelce Yeah you are right, marni kratuga is just broken, regular kratuga is still good, I grind there with level 1 lootscroll + agris can easily get 80k+ trash, with no drops around 800 mil, you are lucky you can get 1b easily. Plus the forbidden book's price is decent now due to meme aswell.
true 2 billion an hour with tuvala gears in a lot of classes in marni room was too much, peoples complained about 1 bil in centaur , kratuga was same or even more with more classes being able to farm it bcs no need 50 dashes between packs@@IlyaKelce
