I used that soup mix a while back and like you, not sure why, but really didn’t like it. I’d flavoured it with stock, garlic etc, but it had a weird taste!! Not bought it since 😄
Hi hun. I’m exactly the same. I had some porridge and fruit at 8 this morning and then I went out and got back at about 1.30 and I was absolutely starving. I think I need to eat something around 11 lol 😂. I thought porridge was meant to fill you up too. Xxxx

40g definitely does keep me full for long but then again I’m always hungry 😂. I hope you have a fabulous week ❤️ xxxx
