Give it a bit. Sarah and Mike's relationship will fall apart. Relationships born from an affair hardly ever last. One or the other will cheat. People always seem surprised when the person who cheated to be with them ends up cheating on them. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

I think OP's mistake was sticking around after the fam showed they would not take "no" for an answer. New number, new job, new car, new name, new city, new everything. Stories like this have become my "doom scrolling" and I've decided that when people are this toxic, it isn't worth the effort to try and fix things or stay in contact. Yeh 🤔😐 okay! Then skip to now that I’m moving for my happiness they try to show up to ruin it lol 😂, so people really can’t stand to see others happy.
Why did he tell anyone about the move? Just do it, change his phone number, delete all social media. Get a PO Box in his home town for legal mail his lawyer can retrieve, a burner phone for his lawyer's and court calls. Ghost, start over.
This guy needs real friends to give him good advice. Block them, stop getting updates from the sister, and don’t threaten to call the police, just call them. Move away, change your name, get therapy.

They are a bunch of power-hungry narcissists who always have to be right and in control of everything at all times and anything that doesn't fit needs to be bullied into compliance.
She got the mama’s boy bum at the end 😭
Should've posted their messages and recorded their calls
To all recipients of this message, despite the absence of personal encounters, I extend my sincerest well-wishes to each and every one of you. May your life be abundant with happiness, prosperity, and ceaseless divine favors.
Can you please post the real title of this story instead of the doctored one you titled it with? I'd like to find it myself.
I don't think this is a real Reddit post. It's an AI imitation of a Reddit post.
Once a cheater always a cheater
It affects him because he acts like the helpless wimp he really is . Instead of calling the police when his mother and brother violated the court order, he chose to act like a clueless jerk and confronted them. Pathetic.
People who go no contact with family, I don't understand why they don't move to another state or country to get away from toxic family.
People need to understand that not everyone can think normally, and assume its written by AI because of their behavior, this has been a common thing for years for victims of abuse
Give it a bit. Sarah and Mike's relationship will fall apart. Relationships born from an affair hardly ever last. One or the other will cheat. People always seem surprised when the person who cheated to be with them ends up cheating on them. Once a cheater, always a cheater.
Pops was right good luck with that 😂😂
I don't understand why people even bother dating or getting married. It's literally invetable that they'd get cheating on.
No you're not the idiot...let them see for themselves!!!
I'm very against favoritism. Parents who do that are not parents
I don't understand why any of his family want him to be in there life. They didn't care about him before so why do they want him around.
He felt he was on top of the world. So was his brother on his girlfriend.
The best way to handle this is to move away without telling them, change your name and your phone # and cut ties. Those two-timing cheaters don't deserve forgiveness and your "parents" for lack of a better word are just as bad if they are backing his behavior. You need to get way and start fresh and if you need to, see a therapist. Do whatever you need to to keep this insanity and betrayal for eating away at you. You deserve so much better.
Dang I thought this was my family he was talking about. It’s scary
I hope he's making the most of it. Good job OP, you did everything you could
Jeez. This is probably one of the least satisfying reddit stories. I kept hoping the bad guys would get what they deserved but they didn't.
Mike: "I don't understand! I've been kicking this dog since he was a puppy! My folks always let me! Now I back it into a corner and poke it with a stick and the monster BIT ME! This dog should be destroyed for not accepting my abusing it!" Seriously, Mom and Dad complaining about how this guy is 'breaking the family' and how HE's being 'disloyal'? News flash: You can't betray something or someone that was never loyal to YOU to begin with.
While I don’t understand why OP didn’t make the move ages ago, I wish him well and hope he finds some peace and happiness in Seattle.
Good, now you have a whole new life to plan your revenge; I am pretty sure something will happen to the baby, the ex will blow her mind because of gilt; but no matter what, make sure that your brother becomes esterile and that the news goes public, of course take your time, and always make sure that noone knows it was you.
The first thing I would considering doing, is moving away as far as possible!! OP took too much to make this decision.... New fresh air, new people, new life!! Being in a place all happened, is no good to mental health.
Yup, he's definitely better off moving away from his hometown. And hopefully when he gets settled, he will tweak his social media presence to where his name and face will be harder to find. And he definitely needs to change his number and hopefully he doesn't give it out to family or friends he doesn't trust.
Bruh should of got with the sister
I think OP's mistake was sticking around after the fam showed they would not take "no" for an answer.
I consider myself lucky in that my family is mostly good, but if I found myself in this situation, I admit I would just disappear on them. New number, new job, new car, new name, new city, new everything. Stories like this have become my "doom scrolling" and I've decided that when people are this toxic, it isn't worth the effort to try and fix things or stay in contact. Just disappear and live the good life somewhere else.
I hope this story is fake because if not i feel no sympathy for this guy, he wants to suffer more then he all ready is.
Well done
What's up with brother's sleeping with each others fiancee's, this is like third or fourth video I've heard of
Most if not all of these stores are fiction. The brother, like the best friend, are reliable AP
Any of my male relatives were dating, I would 100% know that their GFs were totally off-limits! It's just not that hard.
Or sisters stealing their sister's men. Or sisters stealing brother's girlfriend or boyfriend or brother's stealing sister's man. Millions of people and they go after their siblings mates.
Must be a writing prompt on Reddit. 🤣
😂 that's what gets me, I have a brother. The thought of being "Eskimo brothers" is just gross and a total boner killer. Don't know why people pursue that sort of thing.
I would’ve put up a separate post replying to the brother saying “ I agree with my ex-brothers post that some people just can’t stand to see others happy, so that’s why he went behind my back with my fiancé, got her pregnant before our wedding, having our parents and extended family members who I haven’t talked to in years message me saying I went to far with cutting contact, but him impregnating my ex-fiancé was okay??? Yeh 🤔😐 okay! Then skip to now that I’m moving for my happiness they try to show up to ruin it lol 😂, so people really can’t stand to see others happy.
Why does the family so intent? Restraining orders are one sided why did parents bring a lawyer ?
This sounds really imagined
"Long engagement."
"We were in no rush."
Of course not, you were getting the milk for free. No wonder your brother got the milk, too.
Go to lawyer send an official cease and desist letter then legally disown them post on social media about the betrayal
Maybe you could become Sarah’s parents only child. She took your family and her family cut ties with her.
This was so damn depressing
This reads like a family of demons somehow had a human child by accident.
He should've agreed to forgive in exchange for an abortion but then left anyway lol
This guy has infinitely more patience than me. I'd have gone no contact, changed my name and all that _long_ ago
Those who are alone, have always been alone.
Why did he tell anyone about the move? Just do it, change his phone number, delete all social media. Get a PO Box in his home town for legal mail his lawyer can retrieve, a burner phone for his lawyer's and court calls. Ghost, start over.
That marriage, if there is one, will not endure. It is best if OP separate himself from that horrible family.
This guy needs real friends to give him good advice. Block them, stop getting updates from the sister, and don’t threaten to call the police, just call them. Move away, change your name, get therapy.
The only unbelievable part of this story is the lawyer claiming they would have a hard time fighting the assault charge. Mike was committing a crime against an order set by the judge. A first year law student could win that.
OP is too nice. I would have sued the parents and especially the mother for making a scene at work and endangering his carrer despite the restraining order.
I get the hurt and betray you but dude shit see the real blessing. Here is that he dodge a huge missile. Imagine this crap happening after they got married and had kids. He should get down on his knees and thank the Lord for showing where the poisons in his life lies so he can remove them.
damn im glad i dont have a brother.
Dude don't ever speak to any of them again. Don't just walk away man Run.
I despise my brother. He has been my enemy most my life. Family can be far worse than friends! I found its best to be alone! No friends no family!
