The way you demonstrate and give so much information on each step you’re taking is amazing. I love watching you paint and draw. I actually enjoy it rather than feeling like I’m forcing myself to learn something. You are awesome!
If you use airbrush medium for acrylic in stead of water in the spray bottle you can get the same effect without losing the adhesiveness of the paint in the end -no chipping of paint or degrading painting in time-
The white blob in the top right of the canvas is awesome. Really makes the viewer perceive it as the light source and everything's just really beautifully done. Nice job!
Your work is absolutely exquisite; delicate and ethereal, almost beyond words. You have an extraordinary magical Gift, I am in awe. Thank you so much for sharing your paintings. I wouldn't even TRY to copy (and people are asking for TRACEABLES?!?!), it seems like sacrilege. I will just watch and enjoy. Thank you once again. Kerry.
Hi Lisa, Thank you for sharing your talents with us. You do amazing work! I know I am taking a long shot by asking a question on a demo that was recorded several years ago. I am hoping that you will receive a notification. How do you remove or smooth down the wrinkles on the outside edges of the convexo canvas? I have misted the inside to tighten it up but I am unsuccessful with removing the wrinkles at the edges. Thank you again for your help.
what's the biggest difference for you when you work the layers between acrylics and oil paints ? do you feel like acrylics are less forgiving ? i feel like it's definitely a harder paint to work with. Also after working for a while with both, do you have a preference ? do you like more acrylics, oils or mixing the two ? :)
Acrylics are harder to blend smoothly because of their dry time, but oils are more time consuming as far as sitting around waiting for the next layer. Of course tiny detail is way easier with acrylics because you can layer so quickly. My favorite is oil over acrylic for sure. That way I can take advantage of my favorite parts of both medium :D
What was the sense of jessoing and even sanding the canvas to be fully smooth if with the next step you created a huge mess? I mean that watered down layer and the varnish layer sure creates a texture.
Great. Thank you very much. It's beautiful. Can you please make a video to show us how exactly you draw, trace and transfer the image on the the canvas please. Appreciate it if possible.
A other masterpiece. I wonder why you put on the bees though. If i remember well you did a other flamingo a while ago with bees aswell. Do they are often together? But still you're a great artist Lisa.

this is by far the nicest flamingo painting I have seen, I like the fact that you are into the action of art and not trying to recreate a picture
Love . It looks like an moon behind the flamingo
LOVE this video Lisa. So many artists are cagey about their process. Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful ideas!
Stunning....absolutely stunning! It doesn't seem to matter what medium you use, you use it brilliantly! TFS

Hi Lisa. What kind of transfer paper are you using? I noticed that it looks white or light gray. Is it regular graphite transfer paper?
what size is this convexo canvas? I wanted to purchase a 30" or 36" but can't seem to find them sold as individual canvases only boxed
Great. Thank you very much. It's beautiful. Can you please make a video to show us how exactly you draw, trace and transfer the image on the the canvas please. Appreciate it if possible.

Met you on James Cox chat. Your videos are awesome. We are in this together. #IAmACreator
Please make your video a little bit slow😢😢...it's too fast I can't watch properly
I have over 400 slower videos (including this one) at patreon.com/lachri :D
Do you really have a husband? Then why is there no ring on your ring finger?
Wedding rings aren't generally worn on the right hand.
I'm the one who put "Flabeengo" in your head. :D
