I wished Brock's Croagunk have evolved into Toxicroak before Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Series have finished because as Toxicroak it's both a fighting and Poison type Pokemon. It's a shame it didn't return to the Pokeom Series in sun and moon because I would liked to see how Misty would react to it dragging Brock away from a pretty girl instead of her.
