A divine talk thank you for the inspiration. The first time I heard Swami's discourses in summer school Brindavan 1978 he spoke of the benefit of eating raw food. Your talk so reminds me of this lovely memory. Your wisdom here is like Baba's nectar. Jai Sai Ram.
I LOVED EVERYTHING YOU SAID,BUT I BELIEVE WHETHER YOU ARE ALONE OR WITH OTHERS,THAT ITS MUCH BETTER TO PRACTICE PROPER GOD MEDITATION WHILE EATING THAN TALKING MUCH AT ALL.✨🙏❤️✨THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Very lucid explanation, so simple down to earth, and practical. After listening to your talk I have got a new orinientation of what I should eat and how I should eat. Though I have been reciting Brahmarpanam, your talk has given me an in depth understanding. Sairam
Very nice speech it will very inspiring and enlightening sentences that will keep us not distracted by cravings. Thanks for inputing ur own experience and explanations with the prayer. It was very nice listening it
Beautiful and simple explanation. What is happening when the spiritual aspirant does experience restlessness and/or hunger during elevated conversation/lectures such as this? Om
Hari Om 🙏 the emptiness in the stomach that is often felt during or immediately after an elevated conversation/lecture or Satsang is often due to movement of Prana. Sipping half glass of water slowly, most often helps in quelling this feeling without disturbing the Pranic movement. It's a good idea to also silently contemplate while sipping water, ruminating on the topic for about 15/30 minutes immediately following such conversation/lecture.
@@KYGYoga thank you so much for such a speedy reply. This is wonderful news. Since this is an indication “Prana” is moving. How to guide the aspirant while in this state? Very grateful for the reply.
@@ilabarlean1214 You're most welcome. Simple silent contemplation on ideas, concepts and dreams moves Prana. Slowly and surely this practice will guide you to deep meditation. Allow this to happen naturally :) Hari Om 🙏
Sairam Sir Sunder...urgently i need a suggestion from you Sir..few classmates of mine who used to be easy about Bhagawan since 1983, are now interested to visit Puttaparthi..they absolutely has no idea of place..well, though i know am stumbling as how & where to begin Introduction of please & Swami..kindly Guide me Sir 🙏
observing sensations helps to reduce or even erradicate adictions, cravings, aversions... for instance Vipassana meditation is beneficial ..or other methods I can only speak about my experience
