Nighttime is the time when most relapses occur, and disciplining yourself this way is a great start to a long streak.

Personally, I prefer to put it into two categories. You have the quick session, where you pick up the pieces and keep going. That's a slip, you stumbled on the forest pathway. A full-blown binge is a relapse, or if you go back towards where you came from. What helps me a lot is to not quit porn. Instead, I am focusing on building dopamine-rewarding activities that are not in cyberspace. Plan activities that naturally revolve less around the computer.
There is only 1 way, by totally avoiding what makes you edge and end up relapsing. Believe my words, because thanks to that, I've went as far as a month and a half and still going strong, with no issue to avoid any temptations.
I've tried two times and both times failed on day 19-20. I was edging myself, the urge was super strong and couldn't resist. It's hard to explain when you've never tried it. ... but yeah, edging is the worst thing you can do.

Hello, I'm a 14 year old who has been working out/taking cold showers/NoFap for 9 months. I was able to keep my NoFap streak with absolutely no relapses (on the first try) for 4 months, sadly, after 4 months, I relapsed, one relapse isn't that bad, but I didn't only relapse once, I kept relapsing around once every 2 weeks for the next several months, and of this moment, it is sadly still the case. I have had a shoulder injury for the last around 3 months, this has destroyed my mood and severely lowered my confidence and connection with nature/outside. After watching this video, I learned things that NO other relapse video has tought me, and I do think I will be able to stop relapsing if I do the right things, even tho I have told myself this many times, I do believe that these tips can change my NoFap life. I keep Relapsing every day because I have no motivation and I Believe I won't be able to stay on that path for a Long time without Relapsing and I would like to mention I am a Teenager.
That's my problem man I work nights so there's not much I can do to "get out" on my day off considering a massive amount of it is in middle of the night when everyone I know is in bed and places are closed. 1.just get rid of any thing that has porn and any access to it like Instagram, Tiktok and the internet at large. find anything that bring purpose in your life to do instead. 2. the adult visual novel is an excuse your brain creates to keep you in the loop of relapsing.

See its hard to think about logical things like goals when feeling horny. So I do the pushup idea, 20 pushups take your mind to somewhere else, yes in a way its a distraction but thats when you then start thinking about those goals. Its easier to transition your mind to thinking about your goals when the blood aint pumping down there and instead pumping into your chest and arms lol
For me working out all day it doesent matter what it really is i just do 100 push ups and situps and dont really get the feeling of mastrubating so i would recommend you to try working out through out the day doesent matter when all that matters is the workout and your brain more so focuses on working out so you dont relapse like at all im still going through it relapsing some times but thats what worked the best for me.
