@@Berstich i don't know about iroha, but there are quite a few v-tubers who have a outside job until they get enough money to be able to stream full-time. I wouldn't be surprised if iroha is still working actually.

0:21 It says cola or juice here, but "juice" is the word for soft drinks in Japan. So "cola" falls under the "juice" label just as much as fruit or vegetable juice does. So Iroha's basically saying she didn't drink coke or other sodas very much. (This isn't meant as a correction, I'm just pointing it out because that's not how you use the word "juice" in English.)

Not even kidding, appearances is like everything in Japanese culture. Anything other than height that is controllable they will be control freaks over it. The food is also generally healthy and they are particular about the amount of calories they take as well.
Calling Coca-Cola unhealthy, I know she's absolutely right but the fact she doesn't drink it shows how healthy her lifestyle is.

@@srkares Fruits and vegetables have plenty of sugars in them. Even just plain bread has a ton of sugar in it. Sugar is in so much stuff, no one needs to go looking for it.
As for beverages, coffee, tea, milk and water are the only things people should be drinking. I'd go as far as to argue that a shot of clear liquor is not as bad vs. Big Gulp of Dr. Pepper.

You know what they say, even poison is good as one time use as treatment.
I also used to drink pepsi twist lemon, like 2 liters a day. Got the bad habit from a friend.
But the past 8 years or so, only water or pressed juice that I can make at home. I'm not ain't hyperactive anymore, like something is missing. I guess people who smoke are the same, glad I ain't smoking.

Although the doctor's suggestions were probably based on iroha's lifestyle but for someone with a normal lifestyle and diet. They could easily be balanced through proper diet unless person has a comorbidity of sort

Iroha, the more you exercise the more you need to eat to get calories which gives you energy! Lol maybe you know this already.. But I think you are too afraid to gain weight. You can count your calories to know how much more you can eat without gaining too much. Chances are you can probably eat an entire extra meal + a desert and still not get fat, especially if you exercise and mostly drink water.
It's ok to treat yourself Iroha! Especially on weekends. Think of it like a reward for your hard work. 😊
