@@ABiteofAshleyNicole at the restaurant, we have a squash entree that is vegan with whipped sweet potato, maitake mushrooms, and maple kombucha reduction. It's pretty sweet (pun intended), but that is about as much of that as I have tried as an entree. I would just say, make sure it doesn't overcook or you're in for mushyville, but you already knew that.
