its not everyday you see the brand itself recognize aftermarket tuner and getting involved, even facilitate the build process. hands down to Porsche especially Porsche Centre Richmond. such a great build with amazing documentation process.
So, the conversion had permission of Porsche / VW. ? Wundering, cause of the lag of corrosion prevention and the material fibre glas. Don't get me wrong, the fitting of his parts are quite good in contrast to his sheet metal work.
I just happened to come across these RWB builds & as I go from one to the next I memorized😊 My husband & I love Mustangs & other classics, but coming across Nakai & what he's doing, all I can say is WOW!!
When this Master Artisian is gone, the world loses such a creative and wonderful spirit. God Bless and that was a kickass video! Hello from Seattle, WA.
Greetings from Texas! Truly amazing craftsmanship, an artist a legend of vision. Thank you for the amazing video , it captured many elements of this culture.
Appreciate the kind words! It's 1 of 3 996s that Nakai has built according to the owner! I believe you have to be very close to him for him to build you one :)
@@carwynmedia9239 just saw on Reddit, owner said Nakai doesn’t make it and he doesn’t build them or put his banner on those cars. Personally I think it’s weird to put an RWB banner on a non RWB car but to each their own.
Man genuinely wondering what Porsche purists have to say about this haha. That aside this is an awesome video, and kinda brings Nakai-san's personal passion for the brand full circle ever since RWB's inception back when scrutiny for his work was at its peak. Excellent work!
Would noooo let the fella near my GT3. Even if he was wearing safety shoes. I’m personally not a fan. But he’s bringing something different and I respect that. Gives zero fucks. Does what he wants. Some People love it. Some don’t. Fair play. Crack on. Yeah, nah yeah, just not on mine.

@@carwynmedia9239well, as the guy said.. getting 964 donor cars has become hard.. they are all being bought up and restored or bought up and .. yeah resto’modded.
Maybe one day I'll be RWB Niagara #1??!! 🤔👀 Great video man. Somehow I think Nakai San is more of a beer, pizza, and wings sorts guy (or the Japanese equivalent) vs fancy restaurant. He seems like the salt of the earth to me. No need for fancy. Just my .02$
This is Wichmond Bro, Worksafe was paid off previous to this Vid, because the Porsche Dealer is the inspectors Cousin. How do you think Ppl get their BC license’s so quickly in this province.
When the caulking starts to dry and lose adhesion, there will be some interesting rework happening. Who will do this rework? Nakai? If so, what a great business model…perpetual work.
It seems incredible to me that the owners of those beautiful vehicles make those horrible modifications and put those horrible tires on them, and that they treat that man as if he were a superstar and that they pay them so much money for doing so much crap. I think over the years people are becoming more and more stupid and less intelligent. It looks more horrible when the color of the car is different from black, because you can see all that silicone and those black bolts that take away all the aesthetics of the car. Paying close to $100,000.00 is complete idiocy.
It's just a kit and marketing manipulation for a Japanese to make money $ from a prestigious German manufactured car! nice Circus trick for all to enjoy....that Japanese man is not happy in what he is doing....he his doing these kits for his retirement ,,,that's all...! and you bought it!
yeah. . .and they used those same cars for racing. . both in streets and in trac. . .never heard of parts that flies other than smoke. . .nakai is a racer him self. .he knows his stuff. . .rest assured. .a legend does not build crap. .😁
I am telling you, he gets his tools and chemicals from Home Depot. Gorilla glue refused to sponsor him thus label was removed from the super glue 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You are destroying this beautiful car... The workmanship is very poorly executed and there is no question of quality. It should be forbidden to do something like that with such a beautiful car. That's not art, that's botched

997 👍👍👍😎😎😎
Inspiring and changed my thinking on 911s. If I’m ever in Vancouver I’ll be popping in.
This is hands down the best RWB film that has ever been done.
Incredible work guys. Thank you all.
Much love from Spain.
Thank you so much! Really appreciate the support :)
Def agree. I lived in Vancouver for about 10 years but now I am back in Korea. By far one of the best RWB films I have ever encountered. Awesome 👍👍
Absolutely awesome filming and pacing. Loved it!!
Appreciate it buddy!

Beautiful story paired with amazing videography ❤🇿🇦
Nice Build ❤ - from Malaysia
Great cinematography ❤
Nakai always looks like he just woke up and is grumpy. lol
When you love what you do, it will never feel like “work” because it will feel like a “holiday” everyday.
997's look so badass wide
Thats the piece of art. 😊

First, amazing video and I'm only 41 seconds in. This is going to be a good one. Secondly- RWB 996!!? 💥
Actually after further inspection towards end of the video, looks like a Duraflex RSR kit. Unless Nakai is making 996 kits now?

Nakai should finish his builds by straddling the roof of each car and doing a German steam roller,.

a video about 997 with 911 subscribers :)
The owner just want to use this Rwb for cruising slow? Is he misunderstood RWB concept? But anyway, it his car.
how many cartons of cig’s per build?? three? four? 🚬🚬🚬
