In the forest, carry a stick. Stomp the ground with the stick, it creates vibration and helps to move snakes out of your path. Stick will also help in taking the weight of your knees. Also! When going down hill, walk with your feet apart(like Charlie Chaplin), it will prevent sliding down or falling down the hill.
Good one, but can understand your disappointment....during my safari i had seen the magge female in that waterhole where you went towards the end of your safari....
@@ExplorerNaba Thats right, the elephant kept watching you guys as it climbed back up, interesting to see that. And yes, they have made several waterholes for animals, that's partially a reason as to why so many animals visit that property....
@@Shreyas.Ranganath It was a gentle giant and was at peace even after seeing us. Good that it didnt charge at us 😄. And you are right, it would be a good idea to visit this place in the month of April and May when predators come to these waterholes for water
Thanks bhai.. indeed on 2 occasions we were scared a lot with some sound behind the bushes. It was from deers but for a moment, all of us just stood still out of fear
Actually I do have mics which I planned to use but due to excitement, completely forgot about those to realise only later during editing. Thanks for the suggestion. Will surely use from next time
Tigers claw trees to keep their claws sharp. It’s also a territory marking technique. So if this is a tigers territory, it could very well be a tiger mark!
@@shamdoundyakhed5314 Those were tiger claw marks. If you follow Jungle retreat Wayanad on Instagram, you can see videos of tiger and cubs going around the same path we took
@@ExplorerNaba I’m sure they are tiger claw marks. Just the depth and length of those scratches are conformation enough. Also! They look pretty aggressive. A smaller cat or a bear could not have made them.
The nature walk was awesome! Keep it coming Naba
Thank you so much ☺️

Thanks Shreyas. That disappointment is beyond imagination 😊. Btw this comment was meant for my Kabini trip right?
@@ExplorerNaba Yes, i was referring to kabini safari.
@@Shreyas.Ranganath Yeah this time Kabini was not satisfying
Thrilling video sir... Was struck to screen throughout the video expecting to spot some wildlife.. Amazing 🤩🤩🤩

Super bro 👌 now that's called some thrilling walk but would have loved to hear one roar from the king to make it even more scary 🤭
A roar would have definitely made us wet our pant 🤣 🤣

that is definitely not tiger scratching in the tree.
Oh is it? They are claiming it to be as there are 5 tigers going around that place. A mom with her 4 subadult cubs of 16 months
