• Why we moved away from...
We overview and install SYNERGYs HEAVY DUTY (HD) 1 ton steering upgrade in our Jeep JL Sport! These are a great alternative to STEERSMARTS and cheaper. Both are great systems, but not everyone wants or needs 1.5 ton.

Looks great I have the Steer Smarts full kit, drag, track and Tie rod, King Steering Stab, the whole Jeep changed to a solid animal up front, lol. Looks like you installed the steering stab backwards compared to mine and all other I have seen, I know it’s suppose to be equal pressure both ways, but odd seeing it mounted that way

Curious do u see potential problems mounted this way? Or it just seems odd to you? Lol
JL LIFE OFFROAD it is just unusual to mount it that way is all. As long as it’s equal pressure and doesn’t hit anything should be fine
Eddie, I got the Dynatrac 2 inch lift on my 21 JL 2 door rubicon. It netted me 2.6 inches all around.
I also added 1/2 spacer in front because I put a winch up front and I have the oem metal bumpers.
We currently live in Alabama and spent 28 years in Phoenix and definitely miss crawling 😔
Our plan is when we retire in 6 years we plan on visiting family in Phoenix for 2-3 months at a time so we are building the JL now.
So my question is with the new Dynatrac lift, the steering seems fine even at 80 mph with bfg at 33’s.
I’d like to add the Synergy tie rod and drag link system. We are going to do some wheeling in Alabama and North Carolina over the next 6 years, but mainly this is my wife’s daily.
What will this system do to the steering?
I’ve had a HD tie rod before
But not as a set.

The fog lights we just cut into the factory wires and butt-connected them to the right line... was a super easy thing to do...
It’s a red rock 4x4... one of them JK bumpers we ordered from extreme terrain.

Great video guys , where the popping noise you’re hearing only in 4wd? I’m hearing some and i can’t figure out where from lol , i was like 70% positive it’s coming from the ends.
No it was every bump or ‘major’ movement from the suspension... it was the stock TRE.. haven’t heard em since moving to synergy on hers! 🙌

I've been very happy with my Synergy components. And when you have to replace the ends, $30 is very reasonable. In saying that, I need to order a few for back up purposes. ;-) Oh, and you're a dork. LOL!
Definitely like the idea of $30 over $180... guess the big question is how long do the TREs last for both our systems

JL LIFE OFFROAD brand new warranty replaced stock steering at the moment. No more wiggle in the joints - but it still needs improvement for sure.
Yea... I mean run the stock while u can... but the TRE ain’t tht great... haha since u said u like to get cocky... 😂 I’m assuming u wheel like us... they don’t last long at all... and u can’t replace the ends on the stock bars as they are crimped in... 😂 we will try to get out a good comparison video soon for u! 🙏

Parts are on the truck today, this is my project today. The Fox SS on other vids are installed either facing the diff, or the axle: does it matter which way they face?😯
Thick side of stab to diff to avoid rubbing
Also make sure the adjuster sleeve is about .5 of. n inch out from the draglink and tie rod. Will help keep things tight!

Just bought 2019 jeep wrangler sports unlimited 4 door and already steering wheels problem. Bring it to dealer they said need to replace rack and pinion. Did you have problem like this?
steering problems yes, but replacing the ring and pinion to fix it???? The steering box has problems,, I think they are finally fixing it now. But who knows, dealers are never easy to deal with
and im sorry for the 7 moth delay, I typically respond to every constructive comment in a day. Some how this one eluded me. Im sorry

My only complaint with this kit.... the paint/ powder coating chipped off while tightening the clamps... I mean.... just hit it with some primer and it will be fine... the parts are strong and no complaints from tht

It’s a 30 front and 35 rear equivalent... dana renamed these axels and went away from the traditional Dana 30/35/44 names... still no offers why thou
