#KamasamiKong during the #Menudo craze I was one of the lucky ones holding on the line and Kamasami Kong answered and asked me to hang up because he needs a line. He was awesome handling my screaming. He was patient and truly kind to this crazy teenybopper

The girl who called and gave him his name probably called him that because remember at the time Jimmy Castor had the song in 1975 called Kamasami Kong that was a hit on Hawaii radio stations.

I LOVE KONG! Hosted me and Don Chapman in Tokyo many years ago. Got a Kong burger in Roppongi and went to the famous Gonpachi (KILL BILL filmed there) restaurant in Nishi-Azabu!

Lanai...Bwana Mike here...You lived in Harbor Court? Dave Bourne and I also lived in Harbor Court. I would also run into Kong in the downstairs mail room. He would also ride my Aloha Tower Marketplace Trolley from time to time.
