To Paige’s Mom, Mafia……….First of all “HAPPY BIRTHDAY “!! and well wishes of many more. You are such a hard worker in the kitchen, I wish I enjoyed cooking as it seems you do. All you meals look so delicious, my mouth waters just watching Chucks videos of you doing your miracles of delight in the kitchen. Thank you for all your contributions to Chucks videos…….we love seeing you and all your friends, especially on your little trips.

Cake lives very close by from memory. But your right about the helmet situation there. Songkran 2024 in 6 days alone claimed 243 people killed and 1,837 injured in 1,811 road crashes. Motorcycles were involved in 84.9% of these accidents. Very sad six day celebration.

Cats...... and your "temporary cat." My father was born in 1928. WWII and Korea. 20-year Marine. He was from THAT generation. Consequently, he was not a particularly emotional or affectionate man. So....... later in life....... it surprised all of us adult kids when he suddenly had a cat! A cat? My dad? What the..... ?
Less of a surprise was what he named her....... Harlot!
........because she was always rolling around on her back with her legs in the air, squirming for affection and attention.

Good video, we enjoy watching. In Udon Thani city there is a vocational college where my wife studied as a young teenager. There she refined her, already, lifelong skill of cooking. Watching your mother-in-law cooking... I see some of the same passion she expresses with her food as my wife does. But, I think my wife may be better.. 😋, just a little. We are going to be back to Isan in December. I'm excited about eating at UD Town again.... salted talipia.. yum, aroy, sab.... We'll be in Bangkok for a few days, but I prefer the countryside being in her village, her house, surrounded by her huge generational family. Here, in the US, people don't know, or appreciate, such a friendly culture Thailand has. I can talk for hours with my personal stories....
