Checked into a nice B&B and have NEVER used the silly thing - this really helped me out, and now I get to enjoy some hot coffee outside my room in the gardens!

Same and I found the super high energy shouty delivery really hard but the information and attempt at brevity were excellent. Really torn between choosing thumbs up or down on this. Some people love this kind of upbeat stuff... I guess I am just a sourpuss :D

I was RPO embarrassed to phone reception to have someone either step me through it over the phone or have someone come all the way to my room for Turorial 101... I thought Hey let's check the Oracle that is the internet and Bing- after watching your video I am indulging in a nice and relaxing afternoon caffeine fix!

Does the long extract more coffee or add extra water? Can the capsule be used twice if I pressed the short button two times?
Depends on the capsule! Would be better to under brew the coffee than burn it and waste the whole cup
