I've used a visual medium to cater for your 21st century learning styles. I've made this relevant to you. I've broken this down to the most basic of concepts and built it up so that you are more knowledgeable than your parents about it. I spent 2 hours designing and planning the lesson. Because most kids ask stupid question or the already answered many times questions....

It's the 'What page were we supposed to open our books to?' or 'Were we supposed to use pen or pencil on this test?' questions that drive us bats. Especially when you're not the first person to ask that, or we JUST got done telling you.
(And if the last five questions have been something lame like 'Can I borrow a pencil? I forgot mine," no teacher is going to be thrilled to answer any more questions for a while. Give the teacher a moment to get his/her brain back out of neutral, THEN ask the question.)

I had an incredibly tough teacher who was ex military. I'm mostly deaf and my I.E.P made it clear I was to be put in the front row. He did up the seating chart and I was in the front row as required. I came to class to find the front row taken up by a girl and her friends. I sighed, and explained that they needed to find their assigned seats. Girl went off on me and said she could sit wherever she pleased, and I should have gotten here earlier if I wanted to sit in the front row. By now, those of us assigned to the front row had arrived. Again she was told to find her assigned seat. She refused. Teacher arrived, and without a single word, picks up the desk with the girl in it and plops it down where she was assigned to sit, and brought the empty desk to me. It's dead quiet. Then comes the high pitched scream. The girl flipped out.
She was put in a different class, the One for disruptive behavior and couldn't see her friends. It was perfect!
