"They smell like wet puppies or feet" LOL so true! Great list Marnie! I put together an entertainment box with movie tickets, bowling gift cards, batting cages, putt putt, ski lift tickets etc depending on the age of the teen. In the box I added their favorite snack foods and restaurant gift cards. I usually put cash and jewelry etc in their stocking with Hershey kisses and gas cards. Asking their girlfriend helps a lot, too. I know, they don't talk. haha
Hi from Canada. The winter jacket brand is Canada Goose...and you’re right, it is the Ferrari of winter jackets. They start at about $800 and go up in price from there. Very warm and very well made, but mega $$$!!
Great ideas!! Already got my 11 year old a weighted blanket and diffuser-/ things on his list!! He wants a switch and yes, the USB hub is a must! Also, hydro flask is really popular right now- there is a whole internet thing about it. I think. Thanks for the great ideas! Oh, the cash is top on the list too.
Great gift ideas! My son's dop kit survived high school and two years of college so he was way overdue for a new one. I love the Herschel dop kit and I think he will too!
The one blade is awesome!! It’s designed not to cut AT ALL, you can use it any direction without worrying about cuts & razor burn. Also, it cuts through a ton of hair with minimal effort .. my husband loves his
This was great! I hav 2 teen boys ages 17 & 14 and 2 teen nephews ages 17 & 15 and I can say you are SPOT ON with all of these! Pretty much everything you talked about these boys either have or want. Also, I hav a diffuser like that & both my boys are always stealing it for their rooms, they love the peppermint oil! Great job Marnie, happy holidays!
Lots of the ideas are on our list for our 16 year old. The clothing suggestions are a lot more for preppy boys for sure. My boy is into hoodies and joggers.
Love these videos! I have a freshman and have purchased several of your recommendations in the past. BTW- you are totally on point abt the name brand only stuff. These boys are expensive!
As the mom of four teenage boys, I look forward to this video every year! Thank you! On three of my boys Christmas lists are Vans sneakers. Specifically the all white ones and the leather "boots".
Janet Marnie, I am so glad you led with a Nintendo 'Switch'. My 19 year old grandson just told me he wanted a Switch - no brand mentioned, no other info and at least I now know what it is, thanks for showing the photo! I also agree with you about the smell of their rooms, I would love to gift a Diffuser but I have a feeling it would stay in the box unopened!!!
Canada Goose! I live in Milwaukee so I know. They’re $1000+. They have also become targeted for muggings because of the resale value. Another great coat, just as high quality but without the notoriety, is Moose Knuckles. I love mine! The warmest coat ever!
My college son loves loves the Rocketbook Everlast notebook. He has asked for a second one. To go along with the notebook he always wants more Pilot Frixon pens for everything regardless if he is using the Rocketbook or not. He also wants a camera lens to stick on his phone camera. Also something called a 360 camera. I also bought him a sunrise alarm clock. I know gift cards to grocery stores or restaurants are always wanted. A favorite is Panera Bread gift card.
This was SO helpful, you did amazing and I love this video. I love how you put all the ideas in the bio. great job on this video, hopefully you make more, I got some more good items for my Christmas list.
And great video. I have two boys so very helpful. Agree on all the tech stuff. I usually get my kids sports team branded things too. Mostly hockey, since we are Canadian, but they like baseball team shirts and hats as well.
Your gift guide is by far my yearly most favorite! Well being a boy mom myself is a plus. Thanks Marnie for putting this together... one less thing for me to tackle during this busy holiday season. ❤️
Great ideas. My son just turned 17 . Couldn't think of thing to buy him. However, he did mention the switch after the fact. So that my be a Chanukah gift. Money is always good. Love your videos.
Any chance the portable charger you mentioned has a model number? The link goes to a page that says not found. I prefer Anker products and this small sized one sounds perfect! Thanks!
As always, you knocked it out of the park with your gift list for boys this year Marnie! I also have 2 boys, ages 18 and 13, and for the 18 year old we are getting him a football jersey with his favourite player’s name and team on it, a gym membership (group gift), portable charger and cologne (he likes Hugo by Hugo Boss, it’s what he wore to his senior prom). For stocking stuffers probably some gift cards to some of his favourite restaurants, coffee shops and movie theatres and some of his favourite candy. For the 13 year old, he is an artist so plenty of blank canvases in various sizes, brushes and paint supplies (he is obsessed with Bob Ross), also some soft hoodies (he lives in them), and customized socks from gopupsocks.com. He loves and collects themed socks so we will have our 2 cats’ faces printed on some socks for him 😻 Also PlayStation Store and Apple gift cards are always popular with teenagers and appreciated.
👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 Well Done Marnie! Great ideas and you’re right, boys rooms do smell and I blame it on wet towels. Hang those in the bathroom lads, not on the floor! Boys and men seem to appreciate one solid (spendy) gift rather than a few little ones which makes it hard to buy for brothers/nephews. In the past we have had tie/belt hanger - motorised or simple wooden ones, Uber vouchers, spare Airpods case (old cases don’t fit the new versions though so check what they have first), cheaper wireless earbuds, Thermos branded drink bottles/travel mugs with lids so they don’t ruin the laptop should they get knocked over, mine still love a paperback book for public transport - won’t be mugged for a paperback and the Victorinox SwissCard Lite multi tool the size of a credit card is great for 18 and above to keep in their desk or car (many versions incl. for ladies).
Great video! Thank you for making this video there is so many teenage girl gift guides on UA-cam I find it so hard to find teenage boy gift guides really appreciated this mine has just started his teenage years but a lot of gift ideas even for him that I wouldn’t have thought of. And yes I’ve grown up with all brothers and I have two sons and boys do just have smelly rooms just don’t get it lol. My brothers use insense and my son wants insense but I think I’m going to try a diffuser.
Thanks marnie. I was just wondering g when you would post this as I look forward to it. I have 3 boys, 13, 15 and 17 and this is so helpful for my hannakuh planning. Probably should've had this done already, but you know how that goes. Thanks again, good choices. My boys love pi's, just another suggestion.
Great video! You are correct! Boys are so difficult to buy for!! I had already bought the Turtle beach gaming headphones for my son. We will see how he likes them. And he is getting cash! Yep cash - for clothes. He is in desperate need of clothes and I cannot buy them for him. He has just gotten too picky! Great suggestions. Thank you.
You look so fresh in this video, Marnie. White really suits you! I love the amber light behind you on your left, is that a lamp? I watch this video every year, it's seriously a good Christmas guide for men in general (as you said, just add booze and hobby-related gift and you're good to go). One thing I would add (from my 10 years as a teacher to mostly 11-15 year old students) is shoes. My students would have asked for them right after cash, I think, and their favourite brand was Nike (but the brand depends on your demographic and the trendy brand changes every 5 years or so haha). Also experiences - escape games are super popular around here (with teens AND adults actually, I love them too) and theme park tickets. Your videos are always so original and helpful (you're the only one I know who does this guide for teens + your advice videos (like M&M Mondays, I almost typed 'M&Ms Mondays' (as in, the chocolate), wouldn't that have been fun? Haha) are so good). You chose the hardest demographic of all - men are hard to shop for, teens are super hard to get to talk, the combo is interesting). THANK YOU!
Great video! My nephew almost always gets cash from me ! Either he's saving up for an expensive electronics devise or shoes that are over $100. I appreciate having some fresh ideas. Thank you!
Great ideas! I have 2 boys as well, aged 17 and 10. I'm a "girly girl" who is still not always sure what to buy older boys, so I truly appreciate these suggestions! And OMG, you are so right about the smell in a teenage boys room. Good Lord, it is DISGUSTING! Lol.
Hi Marnie, Thank you for all the wonderful gift ideas! My son loves all the gaming stuff, but also loves this thing called Warhammer (it is a British company called Forage World). Warhammer are models that you build and paint. They have different armies such as Space Marines and it is a war strategy game. My son has participated in tournaments and it has been fun for him. He also likes to paint and create some terrain. I am getting that blanket from Nordstrom for everyone in my house. Wishing you and your lovely family a very Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving! xo, Karen
I have two boys 19 and 16. Your choices are spot on! They both have Turtle Beach gaming headsets and love them. My youngest wants the AirPod Pros and my oldest wants a nice watch. I also recommend the Patagonia Nano Puff Water Resistance Jacket. It comes in several colors and is lightweight but warm. Nordstrom has it for 199.00. My sons wear them here in WV all the time.
There are very few oils that are dangerous-just do your research. It's much more dangerous cooking with food in your kitchen-many of the foods you use are far more dangerous-onions, grapes, avocados, etc.
Great ideas, your delivery was hilarious, and of course as always informative! And your dog in the background was cute. Side note, my almost 17 yr old boy who listen to some of this was agreeing & thought an Alpha Romero should be added😉
My son use to go to Ole Miss..He is now 27 and living in west Texas. I asked him what he wanted for Christmas yesterday (thru text) and he said, A Partridge in a Pear Tree. -_- He will not tell me what he wants. Anyway....HOTTY TODDY!!!!!! Ohhh..I'll probably get him an Ole Miss Blanket..his others are more than likely wore out by now!
My oldest boy (15) says it is rotten onion.. I couldn't agree more, I have never smelled a rotten onion. But as a mom of 3 teen boys, and about 30+ extra kids (marching band mom) yes, boys SMELL!! But I love all of them!
Just watching so that I can ask for something this year. I’m out of ideas. This video was extremely helpful
Aye same here
I realize Im kind of randomly asking but do anybody know of a good website to stream new movies online?
@Kyree Eugene Flixportal :P
@Oscar August thank you, I went there and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D I appreciate it!
@Kyree Eugene You are welcome :D

I really like your list and something i have been wanting is basketball cards and pocket knives and survival kits

I have 4 sons, ages 29, 13, 12 & 12 (twins) and 1 daughter, 22, plus 2 foster daughters we raised, both 21. Christmas is very expensive at our home.
Great gift ideas! My son's dop kit survived high school and two years of college so he was way overdue for a new one. I love the Herschel dop kit and I think he will too!
Great gift ideas! My son and daughters bf are huge fans of lulu lemon. Their clothing is pricey, but worth it as they wash and wear well👍🏻
The one blade is awesome!! It’s designed not to cut AT ALL, you can use it any direction without worrying about cuts & razor burn. Also, it cuts through a ton of hair with minimal effort .. my husband loves his
Why do I have everything on this list 🤔
This was great! I hav 2 teen boys ages 17 & 14 and 2 teen nephews ages 17 & 15 and I can say you are SPOT ON with all of these! Pretty much everything you talked about these boys either have or want. Hi karen
@@lucci5975 lmao
Great gift ideas. Yes they do love cash but I also like to give some useful and popular items.
The air pod pros are on my daughters wish list for the noise canceling to drown out the dorm noise.
I love when you do these videos...mother of 2 teen boys and a little girl who is easy to buy for...your guide helped me out so much!!
Yes!!!! I'm all over this list! Boys are SO hard. Thx for all your hard work. These are great ideas
The turtle beach headsets are amazing! I have the wireless ones and there amazing! They have a bunch of features, I recommend it as well!
As the mom of four teenage boys, I look forward to this video every year! Thank you! On three of my boys Christmas lists are Vans sneakers. Specifically the all white ones and the leather "boots".
NO do not buy turtle beach headphones they are very uncomfortable and you would get a better result for buying the HyperX cloud series
Awesome Ideas!!! I purchased several items from your suggestions last year and they were perfect. They both loved the razor. Thank You Thank You!!!!
Totally loved this video. So helpful! Amazon prime day had dots for a great price.
Janet

This was VERY helpful! Thank you! I have 5 boys!

Alternative to a yeti

I assume the jacket you are talking about is "Canada Goose". Nordstrom carries the brand now.
Great video, I have twin 18 year old boys and teenage nephews. Teen boys are super hard to buy for, you gave some great ideas.

My son came up with two clothing brands that are new to me this year. Chubbies and Old Row.
Oh yes...I know those. 🤦🏼♀️
The jackets are called Canada goose

How about an under $10 list. I'm obviously not spending this much for 2nd cousin's children.
I'm kind of shocked that you are buying anything for your 2nd cousin's children. I'd say gift cards if you're staying under $10.
Thank you so much for this gift guide!!! :)
The switch but not the PS4 or XBOX 1? Bruh.
That was last year’s video!

I was just about to get a diffuser after this video, but then I realized diffusing certain essential oils can harm your pets. Just fyi.
There are very few oils that are dangerous-just do your research. It's much more dangerous cooking with food in your kitchen-many of the foods you use are far more dangerous-onions, grapes, avocados, etc.
My birthdays tmr and I don’t know what I want ;(
