Honest 2 year 500-Hour Kioti review

500 hours of hard use in 2 years is a good test of a tractor, lets discus what went wrong with our kioti tractor in the first 2 years of ownership. Iam not sponsored by kioti so this is my honest opinion of a machine that I bought with my own money. I researched many brands before buying this machine, LS Tractor, Mahindra, Kubota, John Deer and others before purchasing. Lets go over how the first2 years of hard use have gone.

The BEST comprehensive review of a KIOTI tractor on UA-cam! I traded in my DK 5310 cab for an NX 5510 cab…. what a mistake. The NX has gremlins, very difficult to put into gear and once you’re there, it likes to pop back out…. and it lurches too. The NX series was their attempt at an electronic transmission versus mechanical like on all their other tractors.

@@poconojoe90 thanks man, that is a bummer to hear about the nx. My DK is currently in the shop getting a new hydrostatic transmission. Hopefully have it back soon. I’ll be doing a video breaking down what happened soon.

Good review! I am about 14 hours into my new DK4720SEHC. I bought a CK3510 in 2021 and I should have bought the one I just bought. I just sold the CK with 153 hours on it. It was a great tractor, but I needed a little bigger and wanted the Cab. Thanks for all the good information. I hope mine does as good as yours. I think it will. I have a great dealer (Clyde Texas) that bends over backwards to be helpful. I think that is more important than what brand you buy.

Thanks for the excellent review. I have a dk50 se hst with about 700 hrs. I live in Canada with temp extremes. I do a lot of snowplowing and forestry work with mine. It has performed flawlessly with 0 issues except for a faulty ignition switch was a $30. part. I change oil every 100 hrs. and grease every 10. I have a box scraper, front snow blade, snow blower and wood chipper and angle adjust 3 point blade and forks. I would buy another one if I needed it. I previously had a Kubota without cab and this cab machine is a luxury. Getting too old to freeze in an open cab.

I have the exact same tractor, DK5310SE, from 2021, 400 hours. I agree with just about everything you said. Funny thing, my right speaker comes in and out as well. However, mine didn't come with that interior rear view mirror - Now I'm feeling a little put out! Works great with the land plane, rototiller, brush hog, loader, but my favorite attachment is my front mounted snow blower.

Good video! The only concern is the engine ....how can a 3 cylinder engine supply the power demand with your tractor?
Been watching videos of all sizes of Kioti tractors and haven't heard one bad thing on the engines.
