I am loving this journal! The slide with a finger pointing is so on point! LOL I was thinking that perhaps putting a piece of transparency film between the two circles to make it look like a magnifying glass would be a great addition. Ohh, I love this! Thank you, it gave me so many ideas! It could be used for so many things also - I thought of an indicator for the person's current mood in case it's a diary type of journal, or maybe a tiny one that is built into a separate piece of paper that you could attach to any page to sort of point to the current task on a list! My mind kind of wandered off and started considering the brads also, for something like a clock with pointers, a spinning wheel, or a "hidden" space on the page that flips open to reveal some secret information, picture or something 😍😊
It came out so awesome, I have seeing sliders in the scrapbooking community but never one with strings. I love the way this looks bravo. 🎉 You are so creative darling. If you look up slider cards there are penny sliders those are pretty fun. There is another one that is made with all paper but it's hard to explain easy do. It's like making a belly band on a page then take a one or half inc rectangle then glue that around the bellyband not to it. So your wrapping the paper around the bellyband then gluing each end together. Kinda like a bracelet on the your wrist. So it's not glued down to the belly. So it came move up and down. Then you glue a small half inch square or circle on top flat then glue down your project dune and dune. You can pitch the edges so it's more flat and or you can crease the all 4 edges to make a square depending on the project. Hopefully, that makes sense. I can make a video on it 😊 if it helps. Either way I'm blowing away by this one its absolutely stunning and I really love the stings so great for a steampunk project it reminds of pully and strings.
