I need help but I don’t know how, if that makes sense? I recently started having extreme panic attacks, no idea why, never had them before. I just have a constant feeling of something horrible about to happen, I find calm in peace in God’s word, thank you Lord.

Thank you beautiful soul .I struggle badly with anxiety and depression after losing my grandpa who raised me I fell off track and was involved in a toxic abusive relationship that led me to homelessness . Today I'm free of my abuser I'm willing and able to surrender and learn to heal all my pain and trauma this means so much to me as I don't have all the support I need currently I have left my past to start new again but I face alot of challenges my anxiety is extremely high around people and anything stressful thank you lord Jesus for your love and guidance during my healing process ❤️

I have had to take medication the last two nights to sleep. I know God is Sovreign and good. His grace is sufficient. Sometimes I do feel hopelessness trying to creep in but I try to trust. My insomnia is not emotionally caused, I have physical anxiety symptoms without feeling anxious. I hope my normal sleep will return.
Please pray for me as I have anxiety over my poor past decisions that have affected my present. I also have anxiety over my new business venture

I need prayer for prednisone psychosis, a condition I have as a result of being allergic to the medicine. It has caused panic attacks and depression that is almost unbearable at times. Five months is how long I’ve dealt with this suffering. The doctors here don’t know what to do. Please God, help me.

Hi My Name Is Stephanie And I Would Like To Ask For Prayers For Alcoholism,Panic And Fear Attacks And Depression
If your not yet a believer do this:
1) say "Father God forgive me for all my sins, I believe that your son Jesus died in place of my sins and then rose from the grave so that my sins could be forgiven and that his Holy Spirit now lives inside me and I choose to allow God to slowly but surely transform my mind body spirit and soul so I can live a truly transformed life filled with the "Fruits of the Spirit here on earth and then not go to hell but live in eternity with him and all the other believers.
2) Get "The Life Recovery" Bible on Amazon and the workbook so you can Heal step by step by going thru the workbook.
3) Start going to different Churches until you find one you feel comfortable with. Hopefully, one that has some type of classes or Bible studies.
4) Search out other imperfect yet believing friends in the church. We are all a mess and keep sinning and over and over ask God for forgiveness and need fixing and won't be perfect until we get to heaven.
5) Most importantly, ask God constantly to give your Temple of the Holy Spirit Wisdom and Faith in His plan for you. And that you see your new life with the perspective of His eyes. And that you follow His plan with His: direction, protection, toughness, strength, and peace. So that your emotions, feelings conscious and unconscious thoughts, words, actions, decisions, and Fruits are only from God and His Will, not your own. Then say in Jesus name you Pray.
If you do all this, you will live a long, happy, successful life.
I'm Praying this over your life, because: "SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND THEN ALL THE OTHER GOOD THINGS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU".
