Hey Lola👋🏽 so, I was thinking about you the other day when I was listening to Scarred by Emily Mcintire. This book is part of the Never After series and when I say the smut was smutting….🔥🔥 I did purchase the series but the audiobooks….chefs kiss!! Oh, I enjoyed this video! I would be interested in you doing a video on any Biographies that you read or want to read👍🏽 have a great weekend!
Hey lady! 👋 You make me want to jump right back into that series!!! I read Hooked and the smut was smurting HARD! Grade A smut!!! 🙌 I’m gonna have to listen to Scarred on audiobook….I’m so glad you enjoyed the video ❤️ And I have never read a biography by choice, so that would be super interesting!!!
"You" is now one of my most anticipated reads this year because of you 😂 So, thank you for the unintentional book rec! I'm a dark romance girly so, that's most likely right up my alley. I was excited (but should have expected) to find out that is only Book 1 and there are three more in the series 😀I love the unhinged and unapologetic MMCs😅.....I give all of my "trash" books to the library....What's your least favorite book trope?
😂😂😂😂😂 I’m crying over here! 🤣 I would never in my life recommend that book and here I’ve driven someone to it. But if you do read it, you HAVE to let me know what you think…..I hadn’t considered giving my garbage books to the library. Maybe I will!…..Also, my least favorite book trope is miscommunication. It’s the damn WORST!
@@LolaReadItYou’re the first person I’m going to go to after I read “You” 🙂….Which books have you read with the miscommunication trope? I’ve heard of that trope before but don’t understand it.
People we meet on vacation by Emily Henry was one that I hated with this trope. Ugh. This is a good explanation of the trope - the characters interact with each other in some way, but miss saying something which would very likely - and often, very easily - solve whatever misunderstanding they're now facing. I personally hate this.
@@LolaReadIthmm, I think I’ve only come across this trope in the bully/enemies to lovers books I’ve read 🤔But it was fine because it set the foundation for the feud. But outside of antagonistic romances, I could see how that could be very annoying and juvenile. I think I’ll put that Emily Henry book on my TBR (because I’m obviously a masochist 😅) just to get the full experience.
Great unhaul! Love that you’re donating them🫶🏻📚
Thank you!!! I’m happy to be giving them a second life! ❤️ I wouldn’t be able to throw them away - the idea of waste would drive me nuts.

Im definitely getting that vibe 😂😂😂 But if it’s what you want, I love it for you!!! 💯It would be a thorough study in the trope for sure!
YOU (the book) pissed me off so bad, I listened to the audiobook and was mad I put that in my brain! 🤦🏽♀️
Forreal! And the worst part is you can’t do anything to get rid of it. Diabolical.
Using 'and' as a comma is an insult to the English language
I swear!!!! It’s MADDENING to read. 😤
