Matt, So glad to see you portray the Nashville Number System correctly. There are so many on line who are using the (1, 2m, 3m, 4, 5, 6m, 7dim) scale as the NNS. A minor chord must have a suffix attached as you explained. A number by itself will always be played as a major chord. I've been playing and producing in Nashville for more than 45 years, using the NNS every day and I just wanted to thank you for getting it right!
