6 months to have what ?? Do you know something about China radars, weapons and on ship computer systems ?? No. One thing is certain, they are worse than Russians have right now on water. So high numbers mean nothing if they are mainly big pieces of steel on the sea.
I would not say Type 45 destroyer is a patrol boat, the Type 26 has 48 VLS and Type 31 has 32 VLS.

Your info is a little wrong didn’t cost 17 billion to build a warship the jjerold ford aircraft carrier cost that much and took four years to build battleships. We generally can build those in a year and they cost 1 to 2 billion.
