It is great to have a student of James Stamp demonstrate and explain how to do the exercises! There have in the past (before Internet) been a couple of attempts to do that. Jean-Christophe Wiener made a book called "How to play James Stamp’s Warm-ups". There is also another book by a student of Stamp - "Roy Poper's Guide to the Brasswind Methods of James Stamp". Since it is only text, you have no aural clues, but the text says some of the same as was talked about here - center of pitch, from center to center, intonation, focus, etc. Looking forward to your next video, Frits Damrow, with more information and demonstration (pedal tones, bending, etc)!
Thanks a lot for your video, these will help me a lot now holiday starts and the music academy stops. Even with my limited knowledge of German (I'm Flemish) I understand everything very well. You explain all very clear. Greetings from Belgium.
