Fingerprint programming. Press *, then #. It will then ask you to input your code. After that, press 2 for user settings. Then press 1. Then put your finger on it as many times as it prompts. Then just let it exit set up mode and it should work. The video I found was on amazon where you actually buy the lock. Right under the picture of the lock, there are 6 videos. There's one 3:55 secs long.
Strangely the Manual does not include this info anywhere. A huge miss. Thank you for this info.

How long does it take to reset if it misread fingerprints wrong 3 times? Do I have to reset it all now? Because I tried unsuccessfully 3 times now it just issues a short siren and won't unlock.
It's a very frustrating it's virtually impossible to program n setup the scan cards n fingerprints. I'm literally losing it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to other users just bc the programming is so ridiculously difficult. SMH 😦
Configuring the cards was easy I followed the instructions on the menu. What I can't find yet is how to set up finger print or how to remove the very long lame password the person who installed it for me put and the idiot threw away the instructions manuel

I've watched so many of these videos. Nobody talks about putting the batteries in you show it but you don't show actually doing it how to remove the pannel?? I don't understand why everybody's leaving that out. Please let me know I don't know why nobody's talking about this. Its be very important all these videos say that the batteries don't last

anyone else having a problem where the lock doesn't lock? When I tried to lock it with the passcode I setup, it just says "Welcome". And I can't lock it with the key either
We had this happen on our first setup. I had to reset the lock to factory and set it back up.

It is very tricky. I think it was the * we missed in the instructions. Once we noticed that, we were able to add fingerprints, etc.
