Very pretty Siobhan. A five strand Lace and then waterfall! Very proficient! I liked the last look. It looked so pretty with the waterfall strands draping into the braid.
Right? I kinda stumbled into that last version! Needed it off my neck while I worked and the braid is sort of my favorite too!
I discovered your channel a couple of days ago and I am now officially obsessed! I have really long hair but I never thought about how fun braiding it would be until a friend did a dutch lace braid on me the other day. I'm still practicing on myself and I kind of have the hang of a lace braid (yay!). Hopefully I can work up to a style like this one, it's so beautiful!

It's long but there isn't much of it, and I have this annoying problem where there are lots of broken pieces of all lengths. Four strands work! But trying to do the full Katniss seven strands down the back was an unfortunate experience haha

This is freakin gorgeous! What guts me is that although I can do a multistrand braid, my arms always get tired, so I wouldn't be able to do this. I'll try it, but I know my arms will start cramping after a while and I'll drop everything. :-(
Try resting one arm on top of your head. This give you the chance to braid, and rest one hand at a time! If you look at some of my videos you'll see me do this a lot!!

I love this so much!! :) I might try this with just three strand braids, because my hair is pretty thin. :) Looove this idea though! It's so renaissance-y! Reminds me of Game of Thrones, which I can't WAIT for it to start up again! haha. :)
