    椰菜(切絲) 150克
    雞蛋 1隻
    低筋麵粉 80克
    雞湯 80毫升
    豬腩片 4片
    大阪燒汁 適量
    蛋黃醬 適量
    海苔粉 適量
    柴魚片 適量
    和風豚肉炒麵材料
    日式炒麵 1個
    豚肉片 100克
    洋葱(切片) 1/4個
    鴻喜菇 75克
    鹽 適量
    紫菜絲 適量
    辣椒(去籽切絲)適量
    和風豚肉炒麵醬料
    日式豬排醬 3湯匙
    清酒 2湯匙
    醬油 1湯匙
    糖 1湯匙
    大阪燒做法﹕
    1. 將炒麵醬料拌勻備用;
    2. Panasonic 多功能電熱盤火力調較至240°C,加入少許油、洋葱和辣椒絲爆香後,再加入鴻喜菇、肉片及少許鹽調味;
    3. 加入日式炒麵,淋上炒麵醬汁拌炒均勻後上碟;
    4. 最後加上紫菜絲即成。
    和風豚肉炒麵做法﹕
    1. 將雞湯及雞蛋加入低筋麵粉,拌勻至沒有粉粒;再加入椰菜絲拌勻;
    2. Panasonic 多功能電熱盤火力調較至 220°C,加入少許油及大阪燒麵糊,稍稍壓平,鋪上豬腩片煎約 5-10 分鐘至底部上色,翻轉另一面再煎 5-10 分鐘上碟;
    3. 最後加入上大阪燒汁及蛋黃醬,灑上海苔粉及柴魚片即成。
    [Okonomiyaki Ingredient]
    Cabbage (Shredded) 150g
    Egg 1pc
    Low Gluten Flour 80g
    Chicken Stock 80ml
    Pork Belly Slice 4pcs
    Okonomi Sauce 
    Mayonnaise 
    Ground Seaweed 
    Bonito Flakes 
    [Pork Yakisoba Ingredient]
    Yakisoba Noodle 1pc
    Pork Slice 100g
    Onion (Slice) 1/4pc
    Brown Beech Mushroom 75g
    Salt
    Shredded Seaweed
    Chili Pepper (Deseed & Shred)
    [Pork Yakisoba Sauce]
    Tonkatsu Sauce 3 tbsp
    Sake 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    【Okonomiyaki】
    1. Add chicken stock and egg into the low gluten flour, mix until it becomes a smooth batter. Add shredded cabbage and mix well.
    2. Adjust Panasonic Hot Plate to 220°C. Add some oil and when the oil is hot, add Okonomiyaki mixture and flatten it slightly. Add the pork belly slides and fry for 5 - 10 mins. until it turns brown, flip and fry the other side for 5 - 10 mins.
    3. When serve, add Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise, sprinkle with ground seaweed and bonito flakes.
    【Pork Yakisoba】
    1. Mix the pork Yakisoba sauce.
    2. Adjust Panasonic Hot Plate to 240°C. Add some oil and when the oil is hot, fry onion and shredded chili pepper until fragrant, then add brown beech mushroom, pork slices and salt.
    3. Add the Yakisoba noodle and pork Yakisoba sauce, mix well and serve.
    4. Finally, add shredded seaweed on top.
