What an AMAZING new song by a new phenomenal band! Paralydium strikes me as a perfect blend of old Kamelot and Dream Theater in their prime! LOVE the prog metal influences sprinkled lovingly all over this song. Kind of reminds me of old Pagan's Mind quite a bit actually!

I really liked the heavy and direct approach of the previous album! It had a lot of energy and rocked pretty hard for progressive metal! This song is definitely not that…Lol!? Not that it’s a bad song but it’s pretty light and a Aor…ish? Im sure Frontiers probably frowns on heaviness in prog…??? Too bad labels have to pigeon hole bands and sterilize them so they all sound the same? God forbid a prog band has some balls…ughhh!
I agree. I really loved the first album and EP. The solo section in this song is pretty badass but I miss the punchy riffs with interesting rhythms and heavier tone. This new singer's decent but he's no Mikael Sehlin. This just sounds more generic than their previous stuff I think. I feel awful for saying it. Haha
Nice composition, but the overall sound is clunky like the band has recorded song from the dusty lumber room. Also, the drums are mixed terribly. The first album was much better, livelier and more energetic.
Good band and I love what Frontiers does but I'm sorry the drums should not be drowning out the vocals. It's like they are sitting on top of the mix and although good , it's so distracting! I don't understand how this got released like this though. In any case good luck keep rocking!
